As rumored, the PlayStation 5 is adding support for Apple Music–and it’s the first console to have the music service be available natively. With an update that’s available today, October 27, PS5 owners who have an Apple Music membership can stream songs, listen to playlists, and watch music videos through the Apple Music app.

Apple Music can run in the background, so players can listen as they play games. Players can launch the Apple Music app and then jump into a game, or they can press the PS button on the DualSense controller to start music from the Music Function card in the Control Center.
